Delivery Information
At Cuva Health, we are committed to ensuring your treatments are delivered quickly, securely, and discreetly. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all deliveries.

- Delivery Method: Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Estimated Delivery: Next working day after doctor approval and dispatch
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched
- Signature Required: Yes – someone must be available to receive the parcel
❄️ Refrigerated Items (Cold Chain)
For refrigerated medication:
- Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery
- Refrigerate the item immediately upon arrival
- Orders cannot be redirected once approved, as this could compromise the cold chain
- We cannot offer refunds for missed deliveries where cold chain is broken due to failed receipt
Royal Mail may attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to the pharmacy. Refunds will not be issued for returned refrigerated items.
📬 Packaging & Discretion
All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging. There is no mention of the contents or of “Cuva Health” on the parcel.
🧊 Delayed Cold Chain Deliveries
If your refrigerated medication is delayed:
- Place it in the fridge as soon as received
- Contact us via your patient account before using the medication
- Do not return the parcel until advised by our team
- Retain all packaging and items during any investigation
📷 Damaged or Faulty Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
- Keep all packaging
- Take clear photos of the item and packaging
- Message us through your patient account with the order number and images
